The UTTC Online Support Center responds to technical difficulties related to the My UTTC Course Management System. We communicate with students and faculty via helpdesk requests, email, or telephone to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner. If an immediate resolution is not achieved, we will provide a status report of what is being done to remedy the situation. We attempt to isolate problems to determine if it is related to the My UTTC Online Course Management System or the Individual’s computer. If it is a problem with the student or faculty’s home computer, we attempt to walk them through updating or configuring software that will resolve the issue. If not, it will be the student or faculty’s responsibility to have it serviced so that they may resume coursework as soon as possible.


What are the computer requirements for online courses at UTTC?

Please review these computer requirements carefully; computer hardware, software, and an Internet connection are the primary means of participating in courses and thus are significant contributors to academic success.
