Your UTTC student email account is created after you are registered for at least one class. Accounts are not created upon request.
When are accounts created?
- First batch runs on the first Monday of:
- April (Summer semester)
- July (Fall semester)
- November (Spring semester)
- Additional batches run weekly, then more often as the semester start approaches.
- Timing can vary based on campus operations.
How will I know my account is ready? You’ll receive an email from UTTC I.T. in your personal email inbox once your account is created. This typically happens 3–5 business days after you register for your first class (often faster near semester start).
If you haven’t received your account information
- Confirm you are registered for at least one class.
- Wait at least 3 business days after registering.
- If it’s been more than a week since you registered for classes and you haven’t received account info please contact admissions@uttc.edu or call (701) 221-1850.
