First Year Applicants
Applicants applying for admission who have not attended college after high school graduation or GED completion:
- Completed application for admission
- Official high school transcripts or GED scores
- Copy of Certificate of Degree Indian Blood
- Copy of immunization record showing proof of two (2) MMR vaccines and the Meningitis vaccination given after the 16th birthday (if age 21 or younger) and/or residing in the dorms
- Photo ID w/Birth-Date (Driver's license, State or Tribal ID)
- ACT test scores dated within the last 5 years, or ACCUPLACER test scores dated within the last 3 years
- Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Completed dorm/housing application if residing on campus, it is a separate process and must be submitted to UTTC Housing
- Completed Online Orientation
Returning Applicants
Applicants applying for admission who attended UTTC in the past and have not attended any other colleges since then:
- Completed application for admission.
- Copy of Certificate of Degree Indian Blood
- Photo ID w/Birth-Date (Driver's license, State or Tribal ID)
- Copy of immunization record showing proof of two (2) MMR vaccines and the Meningitis vaccination given after the 16th birthday (if age 21 or younger) and/or residing in the dorms
- Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Completed dorm/housing application if residing on campus, it is a separate process and must be submitted to UTTC Housing
- Completed Online Orientation
Transfer Applicants
Students transferring in from another college institution:
- Completed application for admission
- Official transcripts from prior colleges or postsecondary institutions mailed directly to the Admissions Office
- Copy of Certificate of Degree Indian Blood
- Photo ID w/Birth-Date (Driver's license, State or Tribal ID)
- ACT test scores dated within the last 5 years, or ACCUPLACER test scores dated within the last 3 years (Not required if transferring a 3-credit ENG 110 and/or MTH 102 or higher that meets degree requirements.)
- Copy of immunization record showing proof of two (2) MMR vaccines and the Meningitis vaccination given after the 16th birthday (if age 21 or younger) and/or residing in the dorms
- Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Completed dorm/housing application if residing on campus, it is a separate process and must be submitted to UTTC Housing

Online Applicants
A student who is pursuing their degree completely online:
- Completed application for admission
- Official transcripts from prior colleges or postsecondary institutions mailed directly to the Admissions Office

- Copy of immunization record showing proof of two (2) MMR vaccines and the Meningitis vaccination given after the 16th birthday (if age 21 or younger)

Staff and Faculty Applicants
- Completed application for admission

- Must show “Permission to Attend Classes” has been granted pursuant to the Educational Leave Program set forth in the UTTC Employee Handbook
Early College: Dual Credit and Early Entry Applicants (High School)
United Tribes Technical College invites eligible students to take a limited number of credits of undergraduate study while they are still in high school. All the academic policies that apply to regular undergraduate students at the college apply to Early College (dual credit and early entry) students, in addition to the academic policies specifically referring to Early College students.
Dual Credit Students: The high school student simultaneously earns high school AND college credit.
Early Entry Students: The high school student earns college credit, ONLY.
Students invited to apply to the college as Early College students must complete and submit the following documents to be considered for acceptance:
- Completed application for admission
- Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (copy), if applicable
- High school transcript
- Student, Parent/Guardian, & High School Administrator/Designee Consent Form
- FERPA Release of Information Form
