Description
This course addresses the roles and responsibilities of paraeducators in the instructional setting. Current issues, including supervision, guidelines, role clarification, job responsibilities, ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality will be covered with special attentino given to the inclusive setting. Consideration of cultural diversity, particularly Native American, will be emphasized in the course content. (Spring)
