Description
This course focuses on the history of "intoxicating liquor" throughout history, and chemical dependency treatment and recovery in the United Stated, with a special emphasis on the historical development of alcohol use in the Indian population. Pivotal events in history will be examined for the effects they had in the current status of addiction identification and treatment.
