Description
Maternal Child Nursing applies theoretical and clinical information needed to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the childbearing family. Students collaborate with the health care team in maternal and child clinical settings; assist the family in health promotion, restoration and maintenance through the use of the nursing process.
Prerequisite: NUR 214 and NUR 231
