Description
This course covers topics pertinent to the current of future childcare director/owners. Students will plan all aspects of opening a childcare center, budgeting, personnel management and state licensing requirements. Consideration of working with culturally and ethnically diverse family systems, particularly Native American, will be emphasized in the course content. (Fall)
