Grade Entry

The Grade Entry window allows you to enter grades and absences on students in your courses throughout the semester through the mid-term grade entry.  Final grade entry will be available during the designated time period and will be entered in Faculty Course Control window.

Faculty Course Controls

The Faculty Course Controls allows you to view your course details, class lists, and enter grades.  (The textbook portion will not be available.)

Course Authorizations

The Course Authorizations window will allow you to enter override authorizations for students to take one or your courses based on lack of a prerequisite or a schedule conflict. 

LMS - Learning Management System

Currently, UTTC is using eRacer LMS. We are in the process of moving to eLearning, an advanced tool that exists within JICS that allows faculty members and administrators manage their courses effectively.

By going over the guide above, you will be able to:

1. Set up your LMS for each course

2. Create your online or face-to-face coursework

3. Create & grade coursework (homework, exams, etc)

4. Take attendance and track them.
