Description
This course is designed to expand upon the learners' knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology by providing extensive hands-on transcription training supported by the study of pathophysiology. This hands-on training implements all facets of medical transcription and is designed to offer real life experience in the field of medical transcription. This course offers the learner the experience of using medical transcription reference material as well as implementing the industry standard guidelines set by The American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT). This course emphasizes medical transcription and pathophysiology. This course utilizes computer based learning opportunities and technology used in the field of medical transcription. This course prepares the learner with High-Level 2 Acute Care Medical Transcription industry standards. Medical Transcription Certificate Program Phase I.
