Description
This is a survey of methods designed to prepare beginning teachers for instruction in Social Studies and Geography. The course content includes key topics for social studies and geography. Teacher candidates will design and create effective and engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards, including activities that promote student investigation, research skills, Native American cultures, histories, and geography.
