Description
This course explores principles of child development and developmentally appropriate practices as they relate to children's behavior. Practical strategies for guiding behavior and the relationship between development, children's behavior, culture and the environment are presented. Consideration of cultural diversity, particularly Native American, and special needs will be emphasized in the course content. Campus base or On Line (Spring)
