Description

This course provides an introduction to traffic control, traffic laws, driver and pedestrian behavior, techniques used to detect violators, and crash reduction strategies. Emphasis is placed on traffic codes, DUI, pursuit procedures, and discretionary police powers. (Summer, Fall, Spring)
Prerequisite: CJU 201 or concurrent enrollment
