Description
The use of generic computer software to record accounting on a computer system. The course will include the financial statements, recording daily business, adjusting, and closing transactions in a general journal, recording transactions in special journals, bank reconciliation, petty cash, discounts and debit and credit memorandums, plant asset control, accounting for a sole proprietorship, a merchandising business and corporation, payroll accounting, inventory system accounting, sales order processing and an accounting system setup. Prerequisite: ACC102. (Fall, Spring)
